About Legal Solutions Partnership

Legal Solutions Partnership is a Legal Disciplinary Partnership (LDP). We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We are solicitors and approved non-lawyer managers working together. We are a forward-looking business navigating our way through the choppy waters of the much-changing Legal Sector.

Whilst our most senior people don’t quite go back to the age of the quill pen, we are a business fighting against the tide of commoditisation, digitisation, and the view that excel spreadsheets are more important than people.

We think that providing a Legal Service is still about professionals acting as professionals for people who need professional services.

We don’t use automated telephone answering systems or pre-set option menus or FAQs to short-circuit having to talk to our clients – although voicemail is in the process of being set up which will, we hope, make it easier rather than more difficult for our clients to communicate with us.

We value experience in our people, as well as personableness, and qualifications.

Our people are members of various panels and organisations which reflect both our depth of expertise and years of experience. These are:

• Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)
• Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
• Institute of Independent Business

We are a litigation practise. This doesn’t mean we litigate every case. It means we’re not afraid of going to Court.

Fighting cases isn’t about the so-called “Compensation Culture”. It’s about using centuries old Legal Remedies to recover provable losses. That, in essence, is what we are about.

Whether the losses are caused by accidents or industrial disease, or whether the losses result from employment disputes, either as employee or as employer, it’s for your loss we fight.
