Partners
Although we are an LDP combining the expertise of traditionally qualified solicitors with lawyers not qualified through the traditional routes, as a business, we are a traditional partnership. Of course, this may change, particularly when the Alternative Business Structures come into effect perhaps in late 2011 early 2012. Below are the brief profiles of our partners. Please feel free to contact us.
John Holtom
Managing Partner

John Holtom is the managing partner. He was articled (in 21st century language, this means he started a training contact) in 1986 having obtained a Diploma in Law from what was then Central London Polytechnic (now University of Westminster) Before training as a solicitor he obtained a joint honours degree in English Literature & Philosophy from the University of Newcastle.
He has extensive experience of all kinds of personal injury claims. For a number of years until 2000 he was a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. This lapsed when set up a claims management company, Claims. Net Ltd , intended to work in cooperation with Claimants and Solicitors, and to fight against the avaricious ethos of some claims companies (most of which are now bankrupt!).
